Brain Dead offers returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all collaborative drops and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
